1. CHILENO BEACH

Located halfway along the Corridor, swimming conditions are lovely and the underwater visibility is perfect for observing the sea life below. Since Solmar Beach faces the open sea of the Pacific Ocean, swimming is strictly prohibited. However, it’s perfect for sunbathing, have a romantic walk on  the beach and spectacular whale watching. It’s never crowded and is located just a few minutes from the heart of Cabo. You can enjoy a fabulous brunch, lunch, or dinner at any of the restaurants 5-star resorts that lay on Solmar’s beach.

4. PLAYA PALMILLA

Beautiful Tourist Corridor beach Playa Palmilla is essentially divided into public and private areas, with the latter belonging to One & Only Palmilla, one of area’s benchmark luxury resorts. The beach offers great swimming in a protected cove, with invariably calm waters. The swimming conditions are so good, in fact, that Playa Palmilla hosts the swim leg of the annual Ironman Los Cabos triathlon. Snorkeling, fishing and kayaking are also good here, and the beach is perfect for sunning or scenic walks. For access, take the Palmilla exit at Km. 27. Public parking is available, and palapas are on hand for those seeking a bit of shade.

5. ACAPULQUITO BEACH

Rise and shine at this surfer’s paradise beach. Start your day with a private surf lesson first thing in the morning. Acapulquito boasts itself with crystal clear waters and solid surf conditions year-round. What’s more, the Baja Peninsula, wedged between the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez, is celebrated for its coastline variety, so no matter what level of surfer you consider yourself, there’s a spot for you.

6. MEDANO BEACH

And lastly but certainly not least, the famous Medano Beach, the heart of Cabo. Medano provides the exciting and fun attributes of a wild beach destination with tourist shops, and lively restaurants. Here, adventurous travelers can enjoy endless watersports and safe swimming. Making it without a doubt the most popular beach in Los Cabos. While it may also be the most crowded, it is situated around everything you need to spend a day with lots of fun.
