This Villa is one of the most lovely houses in Palmilla Sur. Nestled into a secluded cove in the Punta Bella complex. Built on one floor to maximize natural light, the design’s natural flow offers solitude within a shared environment. Four separate apartments connect at the center living room, which is glass from floor to ceiling and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The frame of reference of Villa Mar de Vida, located on top of a rocky hill, provides an elevated perspective down the fully private beach.

With a total of 14 dining seats and professional equipment and a small island for food preparation.  They are provided in the well-equipped kitchen, and a separate breakfast bar gives extra sitting possibilities.

The kitchen extends around to provide additional dining and gathering space, complete with a built-in bar area. As many of the rooms in the villa open to outdoor area, the muted yet stylish design allows visitors to fully appreciate views of the waterfront.
